Yeah I am about to flood mine as well. Some big pillows to act as backrests on my couch, some LED lighting for the bar area, some sort of paneling for the front of the bar....... I could go on.

I have taken my gf's prescribed melatonin and it does nothing to make me feel tired I have to drink myself sleepy and even that doesn't work half the time.

I'm not saying I am a doctor, but he has had his bouts before (Not quite as bad as this one) and usually in his case, talking to a friend helped him get through it. Also, it's not an interest. I genuinely care about him.
