    It would surprise me if it was, but drive axles can come apart... it's not at all uncommon. I'd hope it's that and not a bad differential or something else internal with the transmission. Drive axles are easy to swap out, usually.

    Delaware Rt. 9... long flat straightaways to cruise at 100, and a few challenging curves to abuse tires on. Of course, we are in my late grandmother’s car with a dog so none of that is happening... but this beats a boring highway with people who linger in the passing lane (NJ drivers) any day. Oh and no $6 worth of tolls. The weather is shitty and it looks better in the summer but you get the idea.
