Why?

The original holder holds copyright but grants us an irrevocable right to display the content in the context it was submitted. It doesn't need to be spelled out because that's how the law works. The ASMB had different terms because the ASMB also took the right to reproduce and use your content for advertising purposes.

It already is, minus A, which is implied via US copyright law and does not need to be distinguished as we do not used post content for any reason other than to display it as intended by the user when submitted.

I strongly encourage you to use the report function when you encounter things like that.

I should say that point A is predicated upon point B. If you don't have the right to legally post it, we don't take any right to it.

I write code for, and ensure the security of code already written to meet PCI and HIPAA standards, as well as standards set by govt. contractors Essentially half of my job is auditing. The other half is writing code that can be trusted not to need someone like me to audit it.

Mostly evaluate software written by other people for HIPAA, PCI-DSS and NatSec compliance standards. Occasionally write additions to existing software that need to follow these standards. Once or twice a month I spend all day evaluating update packages for existing software packages and installing them or recommending they be skipped as necessary. Pretty boring stuff for the most part, but I can't fuck up or it's bad for a lot of people.
