I just thought it was common sense not to post naked pics of people you don't have the rights to post naked pics to and that solidifying that as a rule was not a big deal. I guess I'm at fault for overestimating certain users' intelligence.

I am not allowed to share information about the law enforcement agency requests, only that they exist. I'm not even sure I was allowed to say how many there were. I could freely give you the information from the lawyer that sent a discovery request, I could even post the entire text of what they said and who they represent. But I wont, because it will just start drama (and was dumb and meaningless anyways).

If being banned from this site for 2 hours is enough to feel like a punishment to you and bother you that much, you need to step away from this site for a bit and detach yourself. You people are way to obsessed with this tiny, shitty internet community. The fact that you take this much insult and upset that I banned someone who was pissing me off is frankly, pathetic and sad. I didn't think it was a big deal, because I don't spend 10 hours a day here. It's just a website. Open a new tab and do something else. It's a bit cliche but, get a life.

For the record, there have already been 3 requests for information on this site from law enforcement agencies or legal representatives this year. You people have absolutely no leeway here to complain about rules and I'm tired of dealing with the repercussions of your drama.

You don't have any rights here. I have the legal responsibility for content here while running this site. If I tell you there's a rule that's in place to protect me, or others from legal recourse, that's the final word. If you want to argue with me over that like naraku, I'm going to treat you like an idiot, like I did with naraku. As for the other stuff - I'm hearing rectangular icons and more people/activity. Rectangular icons should be easy. For more people and activity - you guys could definitely help with that, but if we can get a steady stream of donations keeping the site up, we can look into running some targeted ads to direct more like minded folks here.

The problem with the fuggs situation is that she leveraged the site for the illicit sale of narcotics. If we let her come back, and she does it again, that could be viewed as legal negligence from our standpoint. If it were anything else, I'd say - sure, give her another chance. But I'm not willing to put my, or pat's livelihood at risk for someone who's willing to take advantage of our goodwill to commit a felony. I'll talk to pat about it and see what we can do, but no promises.

This is kind of an open ended question for me to mull ideas over, but what do you want out of this site? As it exists does it fulfill the niche you want it to? Do you like how it functions? Are there things you'd like to do besides post in classic forum style threads? Would you like to see things more closely tied with Toonami/Adult Swim stuff here? I can't promise i'll respond to everyone or even consider everything you say, but I'm interested in knowing for future ideas.

It doesn't make your internet faster. That's not how DNS works. It can make the initial lookup of a domain happen some milliseconds faster. The real appeal is privacy - it can help hide what sites you visit from your ISP. You've been able to do this through google's DNS - 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for a decade.
