Viz Media are producing the series themselves, with Joseph Chou and Sola Entertainment listed as assistant producers. DeMarco's name doesn't show up in the credits at all. (Confusingly his ANN page lists him as an executive producer, but the page for Rooster Fighter doesn't have him, so who knows.) 1
