Some of my coworkers don't do the work themselves, but they complain about others not doing it. Seeing this kind of behavior is annoying because it undermines team accountability. It may be possible to resolve these problems and motivate everyone to contribute more successfully by having open communication about responsibilities.

Worth a shot, but from what I have seen happen myself it usually doesn't last long or work at all.
