In the aftermath of Doflamingo's defeat at Dressrosa, new powers begin to churn the seas of the New World. Separated for far too long already, Luffy, Franky, Zoro, Robin, and Usopp aim to link up with Nami, Sanji, Brook, and Chopper on the mysterious island of Zou - an island on the back of a gigantic, living elephant!

Wow so BILL got tied into the drunken iron ore??

Koala's waist wtf lmao.  Seems like it's even tinier than before.  And her boobs seem even bigger!  But we just saw her in the last arc. 😄

Wow you're right holy crap.  I missed that shot and just went back.  I already didn't like how the women were drawn in this show and now it's gotten even more extreme. 😄

Hopefully this episode they were just off model and not the new designs...

This has nothing to do with Bill. As was said multiple times, that was a completely self-contained filler that was a promo for Film Gold. It has zero relevance going forward.

No he wasn't. He was shown as being blasted with a ton of fire. Something which approximately several thousand anime characters have managed to survive in the past.

I thought the anime was trying to tie Bill into the canon story somehow, since he had that iron ore mine.  That's a relief.  Sucks we're stuck with a bump of him now, though.  There was no indication this was advertising for a movie in the arc though. 

I found multiple clips of Sabo defeating Burgess on Youtube, but for some reason the uploaders put a bunch of stupid cuts in it, so I can't see the part I want.  Since I don't know what episode it happened in, I can't go back and check the episode directly.  But from what I recall, Burgess was depicted as basically being incinerated into nothing. 

It reminded me of whenever a Dragon Ball character would get hit with an energy attack and then they would get all distorted and the screen would turn white and they'd be gone, that character would be dead.  I feel like a cardinal rule was broken here haha. 

Either way, it is bullshit that Burgess lived after what he pulled and what Sabo did to him.  You could even hear the bones cracking in his skull when Sabo grabbed him by the face.

Damn I can't believe Buggy is still in the show but you might be onto something. 😄
