Sketch Posted August 14 Posted August 14 You mean besides two more seasons of Ninja Kamui? Also they’re showing the first dubbed ep in October? I guess an early 2026 launch is feasible. 1 1 Quote

I guess an early 2026 launch is feasible. Or November. Dragon Ball Daima has 12 episodes left to go. At its current pace uninterrupted of an episode a week, that's 3 remaining in August (9-11), 4 in September (12-15), 4 in October (16-19), and 1 left in November (20, the finale), on November 1st. So that means we could get Rooster Fighter on the block as soon as November 8th. Quote
Mr. Idea Box Posted August 14 Posted August 14 While a November premiere for Rooster Fighter would be impressive, let's not forget that they planned for a Spring 2026 release for this show. Quote

Sketch Posted August 17 Posted August 17 They confirmed Spring 2026 which would be April-June for the anime Spring season but did they confirm April specifically? 1 Quote
Top Gun Posted August 25 Posted August 25 https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/convention/2025/all-the-news-and-reviews-from-anime-nyc/rooster-fighter-world-premiere/.228061 This sounds...promising? I'm absolutely down for it if it leans hard into the Chicken Boo angle. Quote
Mr. Idea Box Posted August 25 Posted August 25 Honestly, if this truly is Toonami's last original anime, then at least they're going out with a parody of an action show. Just like how Williams Street first began, in a sense. Quote
Jman Posted Friday at 05:59 PM Author Posted Friday at 05:59 PM (edited) Well that was something. It’s the first time an Adult Swim original anime FEELS like it’s on the same wavelength of an Adult Swim original and isn’t some pompous pseudo-artistic production that falls apart in execution. It would fit right in with Smiling Friends, rather than trying to win awards. Edited Friday at 06:00 PM by Jman Quote

Top Gun Posted Friday at 11:03 PM Posted Friday at 11:03 PM They understood the assignment. (Aw man they nerfed the other video I posted.) 2 Quote
EmpressAngel Posted Friday at 11:08 PM Posted Friday at 11:08 PM Not the Seitz character whose cock I wanted to see, but that's on me for not being more specific. This looks like a blast. 2 Quote
