Nope, you lose sir.  You couldn’t prove anything that you said to anyone’s satisfaction. There are no required inventory lists nor are there any regulations in NJ mandating such.

So, you deny that laws control behavior.

I deny that the regulations you say exist, actually exist. The other part of your statement doesn’t have anything to do with anything that’s been asserted in this thread.  You just want to change the subject instead of admitting you’re wrong.

show me the regulations or hush

Where?  If it’s been posted you should have no problem relinking the regulations.
SHOW ME THE REGULATIONS. NOTHING ELSE YOU SAY IS RELEVANT.

It's already spent.  There was no non disclosure agreement.  I have other money now.  It was a big retroactive payment from the union's pension fund.

Fake injury is fake show me the worker’s compensation forms.  Surely if you were truly injured you’d get SSD?

REPOST THE REGULATIONS PACKARD. SHOW ME THE LISTS! HOW CAN YOU BE INCAPACITATED IF YOU DONT GET SSD?!? WHERE’S THE WORKERS COMP PAPERWORK?!?

Is receiving SSD payments required for disabled people?

That's hillarious.  Did you know that many people are in fact much more seriously fouled up medically than I am and still don't receive one cent from either SSD or SSI?

And, why do I need any paperwork from Workman's Comp, Twerkman's Comp or any other Comp when I'm already not working, have not worked for more than a year and still have all my bills getting paid and go around buying Skagens?

Yup. If you aren’t getting SSD then you aren’t incapacitated therefore you aren’t injured. I live in your world now. It’s how it is.you’re a liar. Not working because you’re lazy.fraudulently collecting bennies you’re not entitled to. What happened to going into the woods and letting the coyotes eat you?

I'm not required to receive it, even if both my legs have been chopped off.

I'm saying that there are many disabled people who don't.

There are many others who do.

It's their choice.

So then you’re not hurt and just suck off the tax payers

got it

What tax payers?  This is the pension plan set up by the union, not the government.

You’re stealing from the union. In NJ you must have insurance. You can’t collect $$ on an injury and then not have insurance but you don’t care. You’ll pay the penalty with other people’s $$

I do have insurance.  It's costing me $430 per month for a private policy because my income disqualifies me from any state sponsored plan, including Medicaid.

How am I "stealing" from the union when I went through the application process and was approved?

Also you still haven’t reposted the regulations you claim are already posted in this thread that proves coffee is a softdrink

That's because I never said the law defines coffee as a soft drink.

Anyway, I'm not the person who posted the regs.  All I did was mention the actions that need to be taken in order to comply.

What did I lie sbout on the application and how are you so sure that my lawyer and I didn't provide the documents the union had asked for?  Do you really think they would approve any application without the documents?

Half the time you don't remember what you said because if you did you'd have to admit you are wrong all the time.

Okay, so go out someplace and find some proof that I said the regs define coffee as a soft drink.

Because, I did say that beverages either hard or soft are set in two separate columns on the inventory sheets.
