Keep in mind I haven't played anything newer than Majora's Mask.

Odin, for me what's stranger than having Zelda II in your top 5 is NOT having Ocarina in it.

 

Also I just realized my list is almost in chronological order, with just Ocarina of Time out of place.

A. I already said to keep in mind I haven't played anything newer than Majora's Mask

B. Uh.... do you have any memory at all? Everyone did USED TO find it as the quintessential Zelda. It was very widely considered the best video game of all time.

C. I wouldn't have said anything but he went out of his way to say he was strange for including Zelda II but I also included Zelda II, even higher than he did.

You can clearly see my personal opinion is Zelda 1, not Ocarina.

Has A Link to the Past retroactively usurped the Zelda throne? I have no idea. But it was definitely the best Zelda by general consensus before Ocarina, and Ocarina knocked it off the top, whether or not it A Link to the Past reclaimed its former glory.

We covered this in that thread but my screenshot isnt that big. Not too interested in repeating it but I just think it's a bigger deal to you than most other gamers.

Its ok ..i liked it...played through ot several times. But hell, FF6 blows it out of the water for me....not even close.

I literally keep saying it's not the greatest to me. 

General consensus and undisputed fact are not the same. I don't always agree with the general consensus. I frequently don't.

Where am I getting my analytics? My memory. If you don't believe me fine, but I'm not going to do a research project to prove a point I don't care too much about that you keep refusing to even understand correctly.

I’ve never liked Ocarina that much. I know that’s blasphemy but it never clicked.
