In better news, here is my review of NCAA College Football 25 so far:

YARN | You're as beautiful as the day I lost you. | How to Train Your Dragon 2 (2014) | Video clips by quotes | c2d87bbf | 紗

Really, or are you just in a honeymoon phase?

I'm still skeptical given the last 10 years of madden

Also, GT beating Florida St on opening week after Florida St spent yet another year arguing that they were too good for the ACC

Even though Colorado won, at some point- hold on Arkansas just scored again.

At some point teams have to get smart and stop scheduling North Dakota State because- wait they scored AGAIN?

That's nothing,  Apparently, the FCS has taken from the Power 3 playbook and an is scheduling NAIA teams, to the tune of 77-0, which is apparently an improvement on 98-0.

Fun Fact: The team you're talking about lost to UAPB two seasons ago 76 to 3.

Notre Dame and Northern Illinois is currently tired 7-7 in the first quarter in South Bend.

Riley Leonard looks pretty good for the Irish so far. He's been utilizing his legs and showing that he's good as new after last year's gruesome injury, which he suffered as the Duke QB against Notre Dame, coincidentally enough.

As for the Huskies, that long touchdown pass looks to have gotten the rest of the team going. They just forced the Irish into a three-and-out.

Our receivers were dropping everything last night, and we still pitched a 41 point shutout.

Yeah... uh, that's what happened to the OU receivers too. Except they did not pitch a 41 point shutout

And the utter travesty of the situation is ND is ranked ahead of them at 18

ICYMI - NBC Network News had a piece on the NIU Head Coach, Thomas Haddock, called ND Head Coach Marcus Freeman after the game and told him, "This is what we saw...".  Haddock said he did it because there's never been a Black College Head Coach that has won the College Championship.

Classy act from a classy guy.

"Everything in college football is normal and sane", he said realizing that ESPN is showing an ACC conference game between Stanford and Syracuse.

The current Pac-6? Is quite possibly the only conference that directly makes sense anymore.

Honestly I didn't expect UNLV to end up being the "canary in the coal mine" school for how weird college football has gotten.

"We are thinking about joining the PAC 12 but also our QB is leaving because somebody promised him NIL money and then didn't pay it, oh also we're 3-0 right now."

The only thing weird is that people seem shocked that CFB is not the Shangri-La of amateur athletes they selectively remember.  If the NCAA hadn't cracked down so harshly on USC 15 years ago, we probably wouldn't have had the brutal reckoning with paying athletes we are having now - it would have continued to be the open secret that it was.  I'm just surprised it took this long for the actual mechanics of NIL to come to the fore - all I ever hear is that NIL money is out there without really knowing who's getting it and where it's coming from.

Refs doing their best to screw Northern Illinois against NC State.  So far, 2 completely bogus Personal Fouls & an NIU kick returner waved everyone away from the ball, picked it up and ran - only to have a ref say he gave a fair catch signal (wasn't even iffy).  You know it's bad when the announcers are saying, "That didn't even come close to a _____."

Georgia is getting C.R.E.A.M.E.D. HAHAHHAHA (see, that’s a reference to the thread title, and also an adjective used to describe when someone or something is experiencing a bad time, usually in a competitive situation [though, I used it as an acronym because of the periods, and at this point I don’t want to expend the energy to also explains what each letter stands for]) by Alabama and I have never liked them more and I’m realizing, I like loser football teams from my home state and also I am high.

That was an incredible game. I can see the appeal of college football! Too bad it’s so hard to find/pay for all the games to see any given team.
