I don't really care about bumps for omnibus threads. For Toonami Rewind, the rule obviously becomes THURSDAY night at Midnight. 1

Could be, but I think they might have taken into consideration that not having just red blood makes it feel a bit less serious and fits the more light-hearted mood of the show. 1

Maybe that's why. There were a few depressing episodes though with characters not surviving a whole episode.
