Tried tteokbokki for the first time today, that stuff the main guy in Squid Games was eating with his daughter. It was tasty, and I liked the texture, but it was actually spicy for me. I also ate Korean black bean noodles and kim chi and washed it down with oolong tea.

I'm going to have breakfast for dinner tonight, bacon, eggs, grits and orange juice. I purchased a meat bundle this morning. I got the breakfast bundle which includes dozen eggs, a gallon of orange juice, 3 lbs of New York strip steaks, 3 lbs of sausage and 3 lbs of bacon so I'll be set for food for awhile.

made another ham, trying an idea. i used inglehoffer instead of plain yellow, between teh fat and meat, with bits of pineapple.

on a bed of pineapples, with an outer rub of brown sugar and honey. 

cold slaw? cole slaw? out of the garden cabbage. yum. i had no carrots though. shame.

seared brussels sprouts in a balsamic and honey reduction. and twiced baked po'tay'toe
