Chaos reigns deep in the bowels of Caesar Clown's laboratory on Punk Hazard! Down in the garbage dump of Block C, Luffy and Momonosuke struggle to reach the ground level and save their friends from danger. Meanwhile, Usopp, Brook, and Kin'emon run around in circles to find Sea Prism Stone handcuffs and locate the samurai's missing child...while fleeing the encroaching perils of the Land of Death gas! And in the Biscuit Room, things have taken a turn for the worse as Mocha begins to run out of room to maneuver and keep the toxic drugged "candy" out of the hands of her fellow children while Monet gives chase! But the giant little girl isn't the only target on the snow woman's radar -- can anyone stop this Logia Fruit wielder from assassinating the remaining Straw Hat Pirates? How about Roronoa Zoro!?
