i knew that up until the shaving kit. I forgot he kept it in the shaving kit thats bc carbazochrome stops cuts from bleeding and it comes in little bottles in shaving kits and carbazochrome is a derivative of adreanchrome irl

Ok, this is either me being a stickler, or I'm just not fully aware of something.  Before I ask this, please keep in mind, I am a rape victim so I'm not trying to manplain anything, I'm asking.

That sounds more like blackmail than rape...Though I'm not saying it's any better morally....I mean, even if you begrudgingly consent, you still consent....I'm just saying you've already put in writing in front of witnesses that you would let him have sex instead of being standed....I wonder how something like that would hold up in court.

if I could prove his intent was to strand me on the highway to get sex then it would be coercion and fall under sexual battery under TN law. if he had a legit reason and no wrongful intent to throw me out of his car by the side of the highway and i offered sex to be let back in and driven to my destination, then it wouldn't be sexual battery or rape.

In this case I think the post of mine would only help my case bc it makes his nefarious intent to strand me seem more plausible as one could infer that he just read the post and got the idea. And I don't think it makes it ok to coerce someone w/something just bc they said it would work

§ 39-13-505 - Sexual battery.

TN Code § 39-13-505 (2015) What's This?

(a) Sexual battery is unlawful sexual contact with a victim by the defendant or the defendant by a victim accompanied by any of the following circumstances:

(1) Force or coercion is used to accomplish the act;

(2) The sexual contact is accomplished without the consent of the victim and the defendant knows or has reason to know at the time of the contact that the victim did not consent;

(3) The defendant knows or has reason to know that the victim is mentally defective, mentally incapacitated or physically helpless; or

(4) The sexual contact is accomplished by fraud.

(b) As used in this section, "coercion" means the threat of kidnapping, extortion, force or violence to be performed immediately or in the future.

(c) Sexual battery is a Class E felony.

My grower dude just dropped me off a jar of some shit that has my whole room stinking but it looks like he harvested it too soon. He says it's the cheese strand.  I'ma roll a fat blunt since it was free and see if the smell is more indicative than the appearance

No, why do you think it's moldy?  This is a fresh harvest. And He cultivates in a heat chamber (I have no idea what the word is he calls it).....I've heard of hydroponic growing mold during the grow process but I don't think it happens the way he grows.
