I was somewhat older, so I was aware of cartoon studios before they merged, and didn't at all associate Hanna-Barbara with teh Looney Tunes, since they were rivals on cable reruns at the time. 2

Warner Brothers was Looney Tunes. Well, and Anamaniacs. Hanna-Barbera was a whole other brand and company.
