Keep at it! I walk about 10-13 miles a day and burn around 2800 to 3000 calories a day at work walking around and doing other stuff. 2

Doom Metal Alchemist Posted May 29, 2020 Posted May 29, 2020 That's always been my method for weight loss. Usually it's been as a result of having jobs that require a lot of walking. First was when I was a newspaper carrier, currently I work in a warehouse.
