Can't emphasize enough how much I loved it. I was surprised I havent heard of it, and when they launched it free for gamepass... I read the reviews and I was hooked. The gameplay is just fantastic... I felt the game lacked sufficient character development. You go from "machines are the enemy" to "I guess some of them are ok" with literally no in-between. Does an awful job of establishing that tolerance. Story plays it a bit loose with "dying is fine, we've got backups" and "no don't die you'll lose who you are right now." The moon server twist wasn't as much of a shock after playing Replicant. And, in general, the whole point of everything was simply as an examination of "why are we here?" I get it. The existentialism isn't bad. It's fun to dwell on once in a while I suppose. Just, personal opinion, not something worth of all the praise heaped on it.
