Maybe I should just go on active orders with the national guard.

My team leader is asking if anyone else can go... but I have two positions in retail that seem like they want to hire me, and I will need a job besides the guard when this is all over so maybe it's best if I just use this time to interview. Especially if the employers are still hiring through this shit. The manager at the other retail place said she was going to wait a few weeks in hopes the virus scare dies down though according to my high school crush friend..

Yeah national guard soldiers are protected by law from being fired when they are away for training or shit like this, but it's a bit early to try and play that card when you havent even been officially hired yet.

I think it's a bit late for me to say something now. There's already like 4 or 5 soldiers from my section getting tested for the virus, and doing all the paper work. If they ask for more volunteers, and I don't hear anything back from some other perspective employers I might volunteer though.

The manager I just had an interview with said she would call me and let me know the next steps.. She made it sound like I was going to get hired. When/if that happens I'll let her know what's going on in the guard. My battalion just started asking for volunteers. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm basically volun"told" before it's all over though.

I still have to let this temp agency know I failed a hair follicle test with the company they put me in or at least return some ppe if they already know. The hr people said they couldn't tell anybody not even the supervisor of the area I was working exactly why they couldn't hire me due to privacy laws thankfully. I might even be able to make up a story, but I think I'm going to be straight with the temp agency. I mean I might say that the hair follicle test must've picked up strong shit I did along time ago in colorado where it's legal..

Because with hair follicle test that's a big probability anyway. I almost wish hair follicle test were more wide spread for pre-employment because I know half of you fucks would be feeling my pain right now even if you thought you'd be good..

Lol I'm not broke asshole, and I don't wish that on anyone. I just trollishly suggested that if you guys had to deal with this test you'd understand my frustrations way more.

Especially you 420 No-scope. :|

Even if it's legal in your state that has no effect or bearing on which employers still use the hair follicle tests that detect it. Maybe your employer would give you a pass if it's conditionally legal in your state, but I've heard of multiple people in places like Colorado, DC, etc getting canned beacause of this test still.. You just have had steady employment that doesn't use hair follicle tests. Thankfully like I've said here already due to the expense and the fact it detects use especially with potent strains of cannabis for long time periods employers that use them are virtually non-existent. Seems I found one though dirtbag so just shut the fuck up.

Like I said I always have contengency plans, and you might just see me in your local area some how with the national guard.. I'm in the army national guard not some state shit...I can get orders to serve anywhere in this country.

Also I can get acitve orders that would make me no different than a normal u.s. army soldier for what that's worth..  I.E. The group that relieved me in Mosul Iraq was from a national guard unit. I went to UAV school with, and worked with one of the operators stateside when they came back to help them stay trained and current before I ets'd from active duty...
