PenguinBoss Posted February 4, 2020 Share Posted February 4, 2020 It was pretty good, but the ending kind of sucked Spoiler Ryuk kills Minoru because he sold the Death Note, but there's no reason to believe that such a rule existed when the money was put into his bank account. I realize that drawing it out could be "receiving" it, and I know that playing semantics is OP in Death Note, but it still felt pretty meh. Spoiler FUN FACT: His "do whatever, I don't care" statement was actually toned down from the manga, where he straight-up declared murder legal in the last moments he and everyone else assumed the Earth had before Inuyashiki and Shishigami did what they had to do.
