I own my car, too

And no teenagers do not drive crossover suvs lol they drive all kinds of kia sedans tho

I don’t see why teens owning a certain kind of car is a bad thing anyway... I mean lots of teens end up with Mustangs... and yet a ‘91 GT sits in my driveway with my name on its title...

Hows that misfire working out for you? I am gonna laugh when your shit leaves you stranded.

It never misfired. Just was trembling and it stopped. Probably some bad gas. Dunno.

I thought teens either owned Honda Civics (or was that just when I was younger?) or whatever their parents own(ed) that they handed down to them.

Is that an Accord or Civic? Or is it not a Honda and you were just agreeing with my "whatever car your parents owned" comment? My first car was an Accord handed down to me by my parents, but it looked very different from that, but from what I understand, Accords even one year older than mine looked like the picture you posted.

Geo/Chevy  metro

Mine was a 97 that I got for free from an old lady. It was full of cat hair but a free car is still a free car

The best part was that old Sub had Desert Dueler tires on it, so it was tall without a lift kit.

I’m thinking about picking up a Suburban. I’ve had trucks and Blazers, but never a Burb yet.

Over the winter I’m going to put together the Smallblock 400 I have laying in my parents’ shed and it’s either going in that, an Astro/Safari AWD, or some big ass 70’s GM car 😂

As in K5 Blazers?

We're on our 4th Sub.  Amazingly enough, it's '00 with less than 60k original miles on it.  After the '88, none of them has had the same stature.

That pic of my first truck was after my dad got it off of me... we took it and my second K5 wheeling. And ironically my stepdad got the K5 off of me and uses it to tow the 23’ boat and for crabbing in Delaware 😄

I honestly couldn’t own a newer Burb. Maybe up to 1994... but that’s about it... though the 2007 body style is a sharp looking truck and that front end should have been used on the Silverado as well lol

NIce.

We started out with a K5 in '86 I believe.  Got tired of driving the old Tradesman 100 through the Sierras in winter; the K5 was our first 4x4. It was great when I was like 11, but we eventually gave it to my grandpa and bought the K series Suburbans.  The '88 was our second and best.  After that K5, we haven't bought a SUV or P/U that doesn't have 4 wheel drive.

I have had a couple 2wd trucks but for where I live and especially my lifestyle I really need 4x4 so I don’t blame you 😄

It's a bit strange thinking that a 4x4 is some kind of necessity in Los Angeles, but we do have our mountains and it comes in handy in the winter.  That being said, I mostly use it on jobsites.

When I worked maintenance I needed it a few times a week because I’ll be god damned if I was taking a fridge up some windy ass front steps... backing up a steep hill was much easier... low range made it possible 😂
