Like, a foot long? You know you can buy a decent shower head from Walmart or any hardware store for relatively cheap. Something in the 30-40 dollar range. They're easy to install and usually come with a length or plumbing tape.

Hey friend hey so i have the sagging skin problem too from when i was fat and lost extreme weight in a short time, your best bet is to excerise those areas more than the others. lots of stretching and burst strength type exercises.

Im gonna do these lipo like treatments...forget what theyre called...at this spa. But it tightens the skin. $180 for 3 treatments. Nothing is sagging yet. Well my belly kinda was but it firmed back up. Until then im using firming lotion. Saving money for the treatments later during the weight loss journey. 1
