Wtf you buying, just stop spending $ on shit. Eat at home, dont shop on amazon, dont buy vidya games or whatever... its really easy.

I can attest to this, I stopped my prime, Hulu, crunchy roll, and sling. My netflix and my gym membership....that’s what...an extra $300?

then again I’m preparing for a job change

2k and some change a month. You make less than packard allegedly makes. But i wouldn't worry too much about it....im sure he's lying too.

Lets talk about you. Apparently you make all this money but you said you had to dig for change once in order to buy junk food at the gas station.

My brothers make $100k a year...they travel, go on cruises, have timeshares, go gambling in vegas. How come you never go anywhere?

They also have bigger homes than you. You have a one story house and old cars..no car payment. Why is your house so small?

Also, you once sent me a pic of neffies room once and nothing was in it. I dont remember even a comforter being on the bed. When i lived on my own, Madison's room was chokefull of toys as you can see here:FB_IMG_1566759159918.jpg.3d8788dcf5fbcb98c1e77b0bedd02203.jpg

im asking earnestly here...what do you do with all you money? Do you spend it all on weed? Are you saving most of it for your kids college?

I may waste a lot of money but i put money towards Madison's school every check or child support. I also have a life insurance plan for her that earns dividends and has cash value. What are you doing investment wise? My brother who is a federal detective has thousands in the stock market. He holds money for me so i dont spend it.... i say that cuz hes so well off i can trust him with hundreds of dollars.

Lol, hundreds of dollars. I own everything i possess. Which includes both units on this duplex, one of which i rent out and my house in MS on 20 acres of land (mostly wooded because i dont have any thoughts on what to do with it). What ever happened to that land you claim you inherited...was that even true.

I go places all the time but i dont run here to tell everyone because im not you, but my fb friends know.....

I own all my cars, just because i didnt let carmax bend me over doesnt mean shit. I actually bought another car recently. But again, i guess it only counts if i come here seeking validation.

That poor child. My daughter has a walkin closet bigger than mine and has been picking up her toys since she was 3....there is no way in hell i would have taken a picture with my child's room looking like that. And of course her bed had a comforter. I would have never put those goodwill pillows on it without one. I told you we washed them shits like 3 times because of the smell.

Did you ever pay your brother's wife back

Me getting change out of my couch 8 years ago was because you can't use a credit card at the gas station for less than 10 bucks...i just wanted 2 hotdogs. I told you that several times but you keep bringing it up like one day me being as broke and stupid as you will finally happen

I don't believe you go anywhere. And why do you live in a duplex lol dont broke people live in duplexes?

Also, you mention zero investing. You truly spend all your money on drugs and video games. Im not even asking now. Im convinced.

why on God's green earth would i tell you what i do with my money...because that's what you do? Do you realize you're an idiot and if i followed your example, i would be too. I mean you asked rainman for financial advice.

But yeah, i invest in drugs and alcohol. Believe what you like but one thing is evident...no one, especially no one who sees me on social media has to ask me these questions...just you. The nosey, lonely, thirsty, tired thot on her downhill slope who has to tell us when she's happy and sad.

Oh I forgot to address the first point. I OWN my duplex. I live in it because it is one of my investments. When the kids finish school or i need to relocate, it will be here...drawing me an income. What happens when you HAVE to move out of the "family" house.

The “family house” is 5 minutes from a world renowned university in an area that doesn’t flood. One day soon that school is going to want this house and we aren’t budging until they offer at least a mil.

Fuggs, owning and loving in a duplex is like the first step towards becoming a self-sufficient landlord. When I was born, my family lived in a duplex - that my father built. You live in one unit and the rent income from the other unit covers the mortgage for you.

A couple years later we moved - to another duplex my father built. Same deal - rent income at the new house paid the mortgage, but now there were three rent streams snowballing instead of the one. I was probably eight or nine before I actually lived in the single-family house I grew up in.

Still seems like something broke people do.

My brother owned two two story homes and was a landlord for years. He sold his 2nd home earlier this year and is now debt free with an 800+ credit score.

Same brother has zero college degrees. Its just a wonder buddyroe wants to sit here and look down his nose at my struggles but doesn't seem to be doing all that great himself with a degree and job in computers. *shrug*

Really, my illness has hindered me greatly the first half of my life...whats holding him back since he can be so high and mighty over my condition?

Something is holding me back because I don't itemize my income alongside your's? Or anyone's for that matter.

Lol....these strings are cutting into my fingers now. I think you need a break and stick to getting roasted by helpme or something. It's not even fun...i think she's about to cry. I had 1 more card to play but it can wait.

generally, if you're "starting out" you aren't already wealthy. that's basically the whole concept of "starting out".

and yes, if you sell the property for a lump sum, you can pay off a bunch of debts at once - but then you no longer have the income-producing property and the one-shot windfall is likely less than the value it would produce over the rest of his lifetime. that's the difference between immediate and delayed gratification.

I'm not addressing the rest of your post because it's stupid.
