I don't know about the very least painful, but one of the least painful spots for a tattoo is the outside of the upper arm, you know, the really common place.

WARNING: Not all places on the arms have relatively little pain when getting tattooed, I learned this the hard way.

Lol. Well, they do. It really depends on your pain tolerance though. I always say that it feels like a sunburn at the worst of it. My most painful was my sternum. My least painful was my upper back.

My first tat was on my wrist. The guy was like you sure this is your first tat. Apparently, it hurts a lot more than i displayed, but i have tons of piercings and am a masochist.
