Had a lil business in GA to take care of

Man this is fun. Gonna do this again.

I am ultra hungry and they have the best oatmeal with cranberried, pecans and shit. I am sooo ready!

They actually told me i didnt need to work out for an hour...30..45 was enough

Yeah because you’re too fucking fat and too much could actually harm you...

30 minutes isn’t even enough to burn off calories from a slice of fucking bread let alone get your heart into the target heart rate long enough for it to actually be considered exercise...I bet you’re the kinda dumb ass that hops on a tread mill and walks a half a mile while posting on Facebook for 30 minutes and then pats themself on the back like “yup, we did it thighs, and we didn’t get chub rub today”.
