Yeah the Tmobile merger is what I was trying to remember. I think I got excited thinking I would get better service if they merged.

Better service from AT&T or T Mobile?

I have T-Mobile and I  am happy with my service. Although there are still some inexplicable bad service spots, but they improve all the time. DirecTV sucked even worse once they merged with AT&T😬

I had T-mobile but I didnt get service at my job. I used the wifi at my apartment and it was fine. Then we went on a trip to the mountains and I was the only one without reception. I ended up switching to AT&T around last year because I need reliable reception now more than ever. Customer service was way better with T-mobile though and I had an old unlimited plan that was cheaper than what I pay at AT&T.

I was cst service at tmobile and during those at&t talks we were so afraid because we thought we wouldn't be able to be good to our customers anymore since there cst service is the worse in the industry

T-Mobile customer service is pretty great and would have suffered under AT&T so I guess it depends. In your case the merger not happening didn’t work out for you. Cell service would have improved with the use of AT&T cell towers
