Swimmod_Luna Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 How did these people get my number. I got a call from the at fault person's insurance from my accident yesterday and then the junk calls started pouring in and didn't stop.

PhilosipherStoned Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 Aww I thought that may be the case. As fitting as the term may be I've never heard 'em called ambulance chasers though lol.

Accident reports are public, they generally have your contact info. The leeches watch for the reports and they call or use a service to call victims. My wife had a seizure and hit a tree. I got mail and calls for months. All of them said I had rights. Right to what? Sue a tree? 2 1

Sue a tree? I think I got a couple calls once when I was at fault in an accident. Would I sue myself? 1

Sue a tree? "Laugh react" for "Right to what? Sue a tree?" not the fact your wife had a seizure and had a car accident. >_>
