A fever is bad but 100.4 isn't dangerously high. I'm sure she'll be fine, kids are tough.

Hope she's okay. If its just a stomach bug theres not much they'll do but push some liquids through her if she's  dehydrated and give her something for her fever. I dont know about her pediatrician's office but ours has a doctor/ nurse practitioner on call after hours and weekends so I always give them a call to ask if I should bring the miniature in when Im a little worried.

Doctor was just SURE she had the flu.

Well...she tested negative 

.Thank God!

Doc says she just fighting off something and to keep her fever down.

Sent us home!

I too am glad she's doing better.  This has been yet another scary flu season, particularly for children.
