+1 I used to milk rattlesnakes when I was a country boy ya know.

That's why I loved west of loathing.. So many references and memes

towards John Wayne films etc. xD

and they even included a character for wingnuts like me and minighost to play..

Well I mean no one in that era would dare mess with a poisonous critter. xD

They're totally adorable, especially when they do their mating dancexD

yeah they are! I used jumpers to help my sister get over her fear of spiders. I showed her cute little things with big puppy dog eyes that just jump around and eat bugs!

It's the huge eyes and bright colors that help put my fears at ease for sure

And some sometimes those cute little blue and black babies have pink little boots..

That's why they were dubbed Antilles Pink Toes at one point, and then their scientific name started changing a lot.

Further study etc.. nerdgasm ~

-stand by theres so many beautiful looking pics.. They change colors every time they molt.

Pinktoes are kind of hard to keep alive. they are very delicate. but worth it. and on the island they live on naturally the banana farmers use them as a natural pest control so they're already kind of used to humans

I think it did the same for my sister

Some spiders are very scary, like the Huntsman, so big, lol but I'm not really afraid of them anymore.  Spiders in my house, I put outside, but not all of them, some I leave alone.  Even when I was scared of them I couldn't kill them

I once seen a video of a huntsman carrying a dead mouse up the side of a refrigerator. they look s ary but they're harmless to humans. and if you have one in your hose you not gonna have much of anything else. like insects mice other spiders etc.

It's really humid right now man.. I jsut need to make sure I have a humidifier then or what ever

I'm gonna need in the enclosure right.. which for a tarrantula I can find some pro level enclosures and substrate

cheap enough.. but I do feel like I'll fuck up that humididty without the proper equipment.

you'll need a tall enclosure not a wide one. they live in trees
