A tiny one that can park easily, that's reliable, easy to repair and find parts for.

Any suggestions?

GMC Palm Beach.

Oldsmobile 455 (Which makes an easy candidate for a turbo LS/4L80E or Duramax/Allison swap), front wheel drive (awesome front wheel drive burnouts!) can still be found relatively cheap, were WAYY ahead of their time, have that cool retro 1970's interior if not upgraded, has air suspension and on-board generator... and even a built-in vacuum system if it hadn't been removed!

I said tiny. That thing is a whale and I won't be able to park it anywhere. xD
