Nope..deductible met....my max out of pocket isn’t but that still doesn’t excuse $1200 fucking dollars...doctor is IN NETWORK... and 80% is SUPPOSED to be covered after deductible met...bitches still saying $1200....saying it’s the “contracted rate” .....they still are fighting with me about fucking paying... I don’t have copays for these types of procedures. The contracted rate is the rate the insurance and dr have which is already less than someone who has no insurance. the insurance is supposed to pay based on these contracted rates. this is the total of my bill. The INSURANCE....is REFUSING....to PAY....REGARDLESS that my deductible is met, and the contract I have with them stipulates that after said deductible is met...they pay 80% of costs... 1200 IS THE CASH PRICE OF MY BILL meaning THE INSURANCE ISNT PAYING THE 80% THAT PER CONTRACT SAYS THEY WILL. KimopoBotar
Well that's a bunch of bullshit. Those jerks. Can you appeal it? I'm not sure how that works, but there's got to be some process to get them to pay.
