rpgamer
Pan fry? Bacon is better baked. Although, personally, I've enjoyed using a large Foreman grill for bacon in the past. Flat and crispy, and all the fat is neatly collected to be used to sautee anything else or salad dressings or whatever you decide to use it for. discolé monade
this was a huge argument in certain circles. and i say this. bacon...crispy baked, pan, microwave. get it there, and get it done. personally, i use the oven, but if you're cookin', i'm not picky.
rpgamer
Favorite use for collected bacon drippings was sauteeing pierogies.

Codename: Jackass
I find that if I put it in a cold pan and let it come to temp, it doesn't curl as badly. Cast iron is my pan of choice for bacon.
