You got it.. I always dreaded the unexpected 5K in my military time, but the key with those are to PACE yourself.

They started making the 5K standard when I was in AIT and that took out a lot of folks..

It's nothing to shake a stick at, but if I got good at 'em anyone can..

just make sure you don't destroy your feet running.. because I destroyed my feet skaeboarding

years before the military.. My feet don't handle long distance too well anymore to say the least..
