My electrical consumption is down more than sixty percent in the last three billing cycles.

Let me see Al Gore do that with his hotel sized mansion and THEN we could have a serious discussion about carbon footprint and global whatever the fuck is going on with the climate this week.

So much of the things you say make me want to punch a Catholic.

First there are far to many variables that you left out and the most glaring have already been mentioned.

Also the number one cause of global warming is animal agriculture but I'm not surprised that you are doing insufficient research into anything.

Keep on being pack

So... why is Gore attacking electrical usage when the global atmosphere is being destroyed by cow farts?

Because like everything there's money involved.

Going green is still helpful but it's a drop in the bucket compared to the levels of methane that gets put out every day.

I agree and wish more people would come out and say this but it's not likely as they will be paid not too and some dumbasses still don't think Global Warming is real to begin with.

Right but who brags about just useing less and not that fact that it cost them less money as well?

Damn well I guess I walked into that one

The op points out Gore's hypocrisy.  Let me see him cut down usage by the same figures or he can't lecture anybody about carbon footprint.

Well, you can't lecture anyone because you're an idiot, so not sure why you're tugging at this rope that says "lol" on the other end.

I think they dole out our power bills by block usage....I don’t use a lot of electricity but it can fluctuate from 60-210

You look at the dumbest metrics to brag about nothing I have ever seen.

You pick one person and challenge them to compete with what you've done when the living spaces aren't the same.

I'm sure I use more than you do but I still contribute less to GW than you.

There's more than one way to make a impact.

Just gonna leave that there for you to not read.

Bullshit.  He should just move into a smaller house... or unplug a few hundred wattage wasters.

Ah of course because something doesn't match up to what you believe it must be bullshit.

It doesn't matter if his energy was created in a much more green or efficient manner all that matters is the amount he used.

Gasbag.

Your link leads to "ssl connection error".

Anyway, he can be greener than that by using only 68 kwh, like I did this billing cycle.  Hardly the thousands he uses on a monthly basis.

You know it's 2018, right?

Who the fuck still talks about Gore? He had some good points, some bad, and as a result some of the global warming information he spearheaded into the general public has inconsistent credibility - but he hasn't really be relevant for a decade or more.

So, who took his place as the loudest global warming big mouth?
