Facade is alright.  It reminds me of how the asmb use to be.

but - I disagree "bland".  I think the problem with most of them is they're too "designy" like - people are all "alternating dark and light grey - NOW people will love me".

blackbox was the original theme we went with.

 

we shifted to this other one for the default because all the features we're using don't show up on Blackbox.

the only real reason we're using Dark Don as the default is that it's the only theme that all the features work on.

 

It's not an aesthetic thing.  It's a functionality thing.

Facade and Clean are two skins that I re-worked entirely. I personally have no issues with either of them and recommend you try those two out if the default isn't working for you.
