I was considering 5 female bettas but read some fucking horror stories and decided on a couple super peaceful little honey gouramis instead.
I don't have any fish right now, but if I do try throwing a betta in there with them it will be a female. I like the way they look and am hoping it'll act slightly better than a male might.
Wow good work, I had a teacher who claimed she'd had the fish that lived on her desk for eight years but that's the longest I'd heard of a betta living aside from your decade man. I've only ever had one for a few months before giving it away.
After watching enough vids of bettas being housed with weird things I'm ready to try it but will be ready to move her into her own private home at the second or third sign of trouble.
O so you have a whole betta team. 4 years is good for them
My 20 gallon is going to be home to a couple of honey gourami in a couple months once the plants are grown and it's cycled, thinking about adding a betta in with them and hoping it doesn't work out so I have an excuse to keep something in the ten gallon.

Talked myself into a couple documentaries that both have Werner Herzog eating a shoe as a special feature. Anything else worth owning for the half off price?

Scientists are like "yeah well some corals are resistant so maybe we can play w the genes or manipulate corals to teach them to withstand the changes" and it's just like, no, it's all over.
He posted naked pics of himself with his less than 9 inch dick out and "DEATH TO ZENI" written across his chest. His eyes were all dilated and he looked sick
