  1. Mmmm pizza oven baked beans....
  2. Oh, sorry...you said you didn't want to know.
  3. She comes here to vent. I get it.
  4. When someone asks you if you're a god you say 'Yes.'
  5. I know her as the girl from Cold Comfort Farms. "I saw something nasty in the woodshed." It's a comedy.
  6. Is there also a Soft as well as a Hard option? I mean, Medium ASS I'm sure is...okay.
  7. I was gunna say 'Lucky!' but I think 'fortunate' is more appropriate as I guess you leave a good impression.
  8. Added to my watch list! I see a season three, so it must've done alright. Thank you!
  9. Okay, so I know I already brought up Cinderella Chef and I will warn you that it's a romance aimed at a young audience, but the animation is really smooth and it also teaches you about Chinese cuisine (not only how to make the dishes but also where in China the specific dishes are from based on a the time period the show takes place.)
  10. ::nods:: Good quote for the wall.
  11. Nice
  12. Didn't he play something with Meatloaf? I think I remember reading that while fact checking.
  13. Truth. But he was already in his 20's when he attended university. He grew up in Oxford, Oxfordshire and expected to go to the same university as his father had.
  14. Very good point. I watched this happen to my dad before his passing. He turned into someone we didn't know.
  15. Yes! I was talking about the run of the mill ginger ale. Are you talking about Canada Bold? Haven't tried it yet. I don't travel much anymore but I used to keep a baggy of sugar coated ginger bits or take a bottle of the strong stuff, anything that boasts real ginger root.
  16. Oh, it's Chinese animation. So, like an anime. They're climbing up the ranks now as it wasn't as prevalent in their culture as far back as it was in say Japan (in fact it was easier to find a Japanese anime trying to portray Chinese culture then to find an actual donghua, especially one translated for westerners. In fact the donghua that DragonSinger recommended to me is only available dubbed in Japanese on the site that I usually use which was a surprise to me because I could find it on youtube in it's original Chinese so my site should have it!) so the animation in some donghua is a little choppy my guess would be due to budget or lack there of in their industry. But I enjoy even the choppy ones, that's to say I'm patient about it because a portrayal of a country isn't usually going to be as accurate as the country of origin, especially when it comes to small cultural nuisances. Like humor is a big thing to me and I love to get into the mindset of a foreign wit, I'd say it's one of the two main reasons I watch anime or k-soaps or ...Danish dramodies, lol. I like the submersion.
  17. It's really really weird seeing someone you went to collage with for four years pop up on every screen in your house every other time Marvels puts out a movie. FUCKEN WEIRD! There's SO MANY of them and you're in like ELEVEN OF THEM so every fricken two years you invade my home w/o any "Oh hi, and how have you been," MAKES ME WANNA SLAP THAT BONE STRUCTURE OUTTA YOUR FACE except that I know you're too quick cause I've sparred with you before justgetthefuckouttamyhouse Bass! ::takes a deep breath and calmly sips more coffee:: Thank you, that is all.
  18. It probably is one of the least favorites out there. The soda not the spice. ::thinks about it:: Okay, so crandberry juice is good for the kidneys (and has been forced down my throat by my mother as far back as I can remember, she having lost a kidney and her paranoid brain convincing her, to this day, that I will loose one as well one day) except I'm not a big fan of cranberry juice. However I really like it mixed with ginger ale. Or do I only think I do through years of conditioning. I'LL NEVER KNOW!
  19. Don't fault him too hard, he can't help it, he's from Oxfordshire after all.
