Okay, so I know I already brought up Cinderella Chef and I will warn you that it's a romance aimed at a young audience, but the animation is really smooth and it also teaches you about Chinese cuisine (not only how to make the dishes but also where in China the specific dishes are from based on a the time period the show takes place.)
