I've always considered loli to be the age, but Japan does what Japan wants at times. Like how the angel here is 9 while the dragon is 300. The classifications that I know of are loli and oppai loli being real loli. Then there is oba loli which is an old person that looks like a loli. Though oba loli tends to be relative to the race. So if an elf or dragon aged slowly and were 200 years old, but still looked and acted like a loli they'd I think be treated as one. Where as if a human were 50 and looked like a loli, they'd be an oba loli. I don't know if japan has a term for just short adults with large tits though /a/ just calls them shortstacks. Though just being flat is a pettanko.

The series doesn't have loli in it that I know of. I assume you're thinking of the angel who is an adult hermaphrodite. I have the annual subscription rather than the monthly one; ontop of buying blu-rays, and they already spent the money on the distribution and ADR. Really I'm fine with them not having it on the stream, but since the spuds already spent the money, may as well have a physical release because the Japanese BD doesn't have english subs. Now the only way to get a copy with english subs legally, is to either subscribe to Funimations sister company Animelab in Australia; pay for that subscription and use a VPN, or wait for Animelab to release a physical copy and have a B/2 region blu-ray player which sucks. Guess it's back to a life of piracy.

Speak of the devil and the other day the cpu cooler on my 2nd pc died. Installed a stock cooler on it; so no big. However funny how I was talking about needing to back things up, then something happened on one of my PC. So after I fixed that I spent a few hrs saturday backing up videos, docs, porn, games, images etc. So right now I have 4 copies of most of my files. One on my main, one copy to my 2nd, and a copy on a 3.5'' external drive, and a copy across two external SSD. Sans my house burning down I should be good for a while till next backup.

I'd say this is a fair summery of my gen 1 waifu. Around 14 I'd say I entered gen II, then gen III at 19. Right now I'm on what I'd consider Gen IV.
