    Being in love with what? I don't think I needed much of an ability to see trends to know about the Nun and religion thing. I called that years back when Magical Index, Blue Exorcist, and DXD came out around the same time and both used Religion as the bad guy, nuns, etc.

    Pretty sure this was a plot in the 3rd xman film. The first one I think was the reverse of that where they tired to give everyone mutant powers.

    Yeah it was weird because I don't remember them ever bringing up Magna's gender. I guess in the manga and sub "she" used feminine pronouns in "her" speech. Though in the dub it made no sense and just felt like they threw it in.

    The later seasons of Highschool DXD got really bad with that. The slang gets a little annoying at times, but I can deal with it if it's believable that the character may say something like that; like saying adorbs instead of cute. Funimation does go overboard with saying Totz and OMG. They use it like a middle schooler says "umm", which they also add into conversations all the ummm time; for characters who totz ummm, don't like talk like that omg. The MC's two guy friends were just turned black in DxD by the 3rd season. Everything they say is pretty much adlib. Like "We gonna cock kick that sucka later fo stealin our shorty", "Daymn Issei this fine ass shorty the one yous tellen us about", "daymn that mofo's trippin like nobodyz biz-nass", etc. The politics stuff though should stay out of it the series. I remember either the prison school mangaka or the Dragon maid mangaka commented on a change and told them that it was disrespectful to his original work. I think it was dragon maid because; I remember seeing a video showing both takes; but the prison school one caused more drama at the time because of how out of place it was. It just feels really cringe when you think of the room of 50+ year old ADR staff forcing political commentary dubs. It's like that level of ehhhh when you see a family member post something really dumb or politically charged on facebook; and you just try and ignore it to avoid the argument.

    I don't know how common the word is, but I know my mom used to call them Thongs, while my dad said flip flops. I know the joke is that isn't being said as the underwear though rather than the shoe. I always just figured Thongs was just one of those odd regional words.

    Yeah pretty much like I said, is there a fucking echo in here. This person had no impact on the lives of the people mourning for him. They're just doing it for sympathy like psychos. If they were truly mourning that easily of people they didn't know; then they wouldn't be able to function any time they turned the paper to the obituaries. I could post even one of the other people from the helicopter crash and nobody would give a fuck because they're nobodies who aren't worth the time of day when it comes to reigning in on sympathy. They're no better than those people who post in the Youtube comments "who's watching this in 20xx click like". If I were jealous and wanted likes I'd rein in with the rest of the idiots and pretend how my life will never be the same without kobe in it.

    Nah, I just think it's weird how people act. If you want to idolize some famous rapist it's fine. Though it's also the same people who were talking shit on OJ, Cosby, and Michael Jackson. The double standard is probably more what I don't get. Nobody sees OJ and says, oh there's that 1st round draft pick Heisman trophy winner who was in naked gun. It's always oh he killed his wife and got away with it. After that documentary on MJ came out everyone was burning their Jackson merch like they didn't know about all that stuff already at the time of his death. Then for some reason people can't seem to overlook Cosby drugging women and putting his fingers in them. Kobe though seems to get a pass. Everyone sounds like "Eh it was one time possible lapse in judgement; haven't we all been there, maybe she was asking for it". Though I said I'd drop it and let everyone carry on with their worship.

    They're really limiting their client base. A lot of people are into cuckolding. Maybe have hot sexually frustrated couples standing by; with their partner within ear shot, so there's going to be a lot of whispering and pretending someone else is on the line.

    The joke was that mom was cremated as a jew. Not for faith reasons, but because she hated them and it would have made her happy to know that we burnt one in an oven. /endjoke Mom thought it was funny when I ran in past her, but told me not to do it. I told her if she quit smoking I wouldn't. If nothing us I uphold deals.
