when i can i walk to the local coop market a few blocks from my house, but it can get expensive for every day items. i go to HEB but those are only in Texas but have great quality, low prices, and reasonable selections that sometimes varry between neighborhoods, like more or less asian foods for example. i also use central market and the asian grocery depending on what meals i am cooking
