What people think of as Yiddish cuisine is mostly ripped from the European countries they adopted or country of birth. Just tweaked to make it kosher. It's actually shameful I don't know more than borscht considering my step grandmother spoke only Russian and Yiddish.

It's an anime that takes place in a bleak future, very heady. It's one of those anime where, if you lose focus and blink, you won't know what's going on anymore I wanted to find a gif from the anime where children play a life and death game of hide and seek with fox masks but I can't remember the name of it.
