It wasn’t when I road it, but that was the 80s. It was built in the 70s and I have no idea what if any safety regulations govern rollercoaster operation and upkeep in Columbia. So, 40 something year old coaster that’s spent the last 20 something years being operated in a third world country. Yeah. We gonna die.
supposedly everyone dreams, but not everyone remembers.
though if you don't remember something that no one else witnessed, I suppose an argument can be made that it didn't happen.
sure.
there's a state park up the street with about a 900 ft mountain that I used to hike regularly back when I had weekdays off. beautiful up there.
I don't go anymore because on weekends all the shitheads come down from the city and you can't see the trails for all the people.
so, yes. I like the outdoors. like most things, I just wish it had fewer people in it.
1986. for all intents and purposes the last year of my childhood. we lived about 5 miles from the beach. everyone I cared about was still alive. life was just good.
2000-2005 (couldn't pick one year) met future wife. grad school. started teaching. got married.
2020 (second half) didn't die from alcohol withdrawal. (got prescribed some lovely benzos to keep the seizures at bay) finally started putting that shit behind me.
Today is goddamn Thursday, bitches.
yeah.
i was gonna put some cool facts about thursday,
but I don’t have any.
*stares awkwardly into distance*
