i had a taco. it was an adequate taco. the meat was tender, but the cheese wasn't fully melted. the liquid from the pico also made the shell a bit softer than i would have liked. i give this taco a 6/10. the taco is also an adequate metaphor for my day.

just curious as i only recently found out that my great grandfather (died before i was born) emigrated from the u.k. hardly exotic, i know. still, from my limited knowledge of the family tree it looks like everyone else came over in the 18th and 19th centuries. except for my mom's mom's family, who are native american.
