well not every day. i recently learned there's a term for something i've been experiencing my whole life. brain zaps. basically it's a random occurrence that feels kinda like someone put an electrode to your head. i've gotten them periodically since i was a kid, usually as i'm trying to fall asleep. apparently they're a byproduct of extreme anxiety. (which would make sense) sometimes people also get them when they're on antidepressants. (which i've never been on) i'm just floored that there's a name for a thing that i always thought was just my body being weird. anyway... enlighten us with your newly acquired learning.
