  5. Between the little bit of overtime I put in over the weekend and working a couple 9+ hour days this week, I'm already at 40 hours for the week. Fuck yeah 3 day weekend

It just refers to how much time you spend providing billable services (So meeting face to face with a client, talking to a client on the phone, or coordinating with someone on the client's behalf). So say you spend 4 hours in an 8 hour work day doing any of those things. That's 50% productivity.
  18. We don't get any yearly bonus as far as I know. That productivity bonus is monthly but I don't think there's like, an extra bonus on top of that or anything.
  19. That productivity bonus is where it's at. It's hard to maintain those bonus levels though because A. We don't get any kind of adjustments for PTO. Weekends don't count against you because you get paid for 0 hours but for example on Labor Day, we got paid for 8 hours but got 0 productivity and have to make up for it. And B. People cancel and no-show TOO DAMN MUCH.
  20. $13.94/hr base pay with 40 hours worked per week (Overtime is discouraged but not forbidden, but I still try to avoid it. Even with being on call this week I'll probably just flex my time and come in late/leave early some days rather than go over 40 hours) Add on to that $0.40/mile driven (Got over $700 last month, on track to get over $500 this month. I get way more back than I pay for gas) $300 Bonus stand-by pay just for being on call when I am on-call, which is only like, every 7 weeks (Not sure if that's the right amount I just heard someone say that I need to find out for sure) Bonus incentives for going over productivity (Minimum productivity is 52% with $400 bonus at 56% and $600 at 60%. With a little bit of luck I think I'll be able to hit 56% this month. Maybe.)
