I'm just stuck in the middle of some workplace drama. The new lady on our team rubbed some people the wrong way so now my one coworker came to me today and said that "none of us are talking to her" and I'm just like OKAY WHATEVER.

So we finally got 2 new therapists on our team to replace the 2 that left the past 2 months. But I don't know if either one is gonna last. The one guy is supposedly supposed to be a full member of our team already but he hasn't been at any of our meetings or anything yet and I've only seen him like twice even though he's been part of the team for like a week. And the other lady. First of all she's a total boomer who couldn't figure out how to expand a picture on her phone. Also according to my other coworker this lady was talking shit about us to the other team. Complaining about how "no one is helping her" and some shit. But she hasn't said anything to us about having a problem and we've been trying to help her. What annoys me is I sent her some phone numbers for people when she first started and then like 2 days later she asked us for all those same numbers again (after calling the numbers in the computer system that we told her were wrong). So now my coworker says none of us are talking to her. FUN.

You know I was just about to make another work related thread of my own since it's been awhile but was like "nah no one cares". You've inspired me to make that thread after all.

Nobody really cares here since we're supposed to be out in the community most of the time anyway. We have meetings Mondays and Wednesdays but even those if you just shoot a text saying, "Hey won't be at meeting today I'm sick/I'm with a client doing something important/roads are bad/whatever" no one's gonna look into it. Then Tuesdays and Thursdays we need to be around to bring people in for the psychiatrist. I could probably just go in for the meetings and stick around for psych transports and literally nothing else and no one on the team would notice. My supervisor would eventually notice when my productivity was really low but even that would take a week or so probably.

Cool u don't have to wear pants I remember my first job out of college where we actually had to clock in and out on our phones and they actually tracked where you were when you did so you'd better not do it at home (or really anywhere but the office because it had a tendency to show the wrong location and my manager had it out for me so I wasn't about to get in trouble). Shit sucked. My timesheet's already all filled out and submitted for the last 2 weeks.

He actually left it alone for the most part after the initial "what is this thing" inspection after we first put it up

I mean part of my motivation is knowing people are coming over next month and I had the motivation to do it now so I figured just get it done with now so I don't put it off until the last minute

I mean I'm fairly happy with my job but I still think about leaving sometimes. I guess the only thing I'd change is the whole "you must meet minimum productivity even if you take vacation or have a sick day thing". Other than that it's alright I guess. I want to stay for awhile since they started matching more of our 401k but I have to stay for 5 years to be 100% vested. I doubt I'll stay here THAT long but every year is another 20% I'm vested

That's a bit much. Last year I avoided taking my tree down (which was only a 3 foot tabletop tree) until like late February but I think I stopped plugging it in after like mid January.
