Oh, and no sugar in grits. I prefer them to be on the savory side. Never had sour cream in or on top of chili. Also, Texas chili has no beans in it. So no beans in my chili. Thanks. I do not like cranberry sauce. Never have. And I love my burgers cooked medium rare, just like I like my steaks. Oh, and never, ever put sour cream on a steak. That’s just wrong, man.

If I could blow my brains out with my finger, I would. This was crap.

Oh, God. It’s like a Slurm situation, except we’re drinking Rooty’s blood! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Sugar is supposedly an emulsifier. It’s supposed to amplify the savory flavors of any dish that’s meant to have a savory flavor profile. (Same goes for salt and any dish with a sweet flavor profile.) Unfortunately, at least for me, it just makes almost any savory dish I’ve had taste sweet. So in spaghetti, that’s a big no-no. The tomato sauce/paste is already naturally sweet with the natural sugar it has. No need to add anymore sugar to it.

Each if these games, to me, is a coin flip. It just depends on which teams you think match up better against their respective opponents. I have to go with the Eagles here. Their defense has helped them tremendously, especially against Dallas last week. I’d love to see Brock Purdy and the Niners make it, but I think Philadelphia will be too much. Eagles by 4. As for the AFC title game, I have to go with the Bengals. They’ve just had Kansas City’s number as of late. And until the Chiefs’ offense figures out a way to outsmart Cincinnati’s defense, Joe Burrow will continue to get the better of Patrick Mahomes. Bengals by 7.

I get the savory and sweet thing, but the only way I’ll actually enjoy pineapple on pizza is if it’s fresh pineapple and it’s at my favorite pizza joint in Houston. (I had gotten it at the buffet once and I liked it. So it has to be from there. Otherwise, it’s a hard pass.)
