If you haven't done so already, look into a low fodmap diet. Essentially you avoid stuff that sets you off for awhile, then slowly add some of those things back in. If you've got the money, look into FoodMarble. I bought one when they hadn't even come out and it helped me find out what foods created a problem.

This has happened once before, 1/26/1967, the temp got into the 60s and 29 hours later, there was 23" of snow on the ground and the winds were in the 40-55 mph range. Edit: Now the local ABC network is backing off the high by 10 F, saying it will be in the 50s. Every other station & weather app is saying in the 40s.
