Lots of conflicting stories today revolving around Belarus. Russia has pulled nearly all its troops from Belarus. Or... Russia will pull their troops out of Belarus if NATO & US troops back off their borders. Or Wagner group is in Belarus, training Russian troops Or... Wagner group never went to Belarus and are still in Ukraine. Or... Wagner pulled out of Ukraine just before the "mutiny."
